On request, we design and produce holograms with individual design, including varying degrees of protection against counterfeiting, including the latent image, the grid guilloche, micro-texts, special effects, etc.
Hologram produce
occurs in 3 stages:- Development of individual design, which takes into account wishes of a customer and technological features of production.
- Production of the master-matrix, carrying all the information and all visual features of the hologram.
- Replication of the matrix at film material with the relevant characteristics that define its protective properties.
Holograms are made in the form of stickers or in the form of hot stamping foil.
Material
Material of holographic stickers can have different properties: destroyed while trying to plywood the hologram (protective holograms) is used for sealing or unbreakable material (decorative or image hologram).
Numbering
For monitoring and recording products, documents, technical passports and warranty card the unique individual number can be placed at the hologram by laser marking and thermal transfer printing.
